Audrey Seymour, MA, PCC, CPCC

I’ve been fortunate to have always followed my passion in my work, enjoying success as a leader in the corporate world and as a business owner. I bring a diverse background to the coaching partnership, with expertise in both analytic and intuitive disciplines. Prior to starting a private coaching practice in 2003, I spent over twenty years as a software development manager and lead engineer building 3D graphics and biotech applications at Autodesk, Sega, and GeneLogic among others. I also facilitated transformation for individuals in a five-year Rolfing practice.

I’ve been certified by the Coaches Training Institute and Speaking Circles International, and hold a Professional Certified Coach credential through the International Coach Federation. The foundation of my approach to coaching was developed over two decades of leading high performance multidisciplinary teams from concept to finished product. My 18 years of study in the Diamond Approach of the Ridhwan School also brings a depth of understanding to the practice of presence-based inquiry.

I’ve always been curious about the nature of things, from the smallest detail to the largest perspective. Astronomy was my first love, and it led me to degrees in Mathematics with a minor in Physics at the California Institute of Technology and University of California at Berkeley. While in school I discovered martial arts and earned a black belt in Shotokan Karate. One of the gifts of that practice was an acute sense of waking up to the powerful aliveness that emerges when we allow ourselves to be fully present with what is real in each moment.

In addition to my coaching practice, I am the Vice President of Speaking Circles International and the Web Chair on the Board of North Bay Coaches, a chapter of the International Coach Federation.
